WarFront is an alliance statistics tool for Last War: Survival. This page explains, in plain language, what data the platform stores, why, and what your choices are.
What we store
In-game commander names and game statistics (power, kills, hero power, event results) captured from screenshots and videos that alliance leaders upload; small portrait crops used to recognize unreadable nameplates; for members who create a login: your chosen name and a PIN (stored only as a secure hash); for admins: an email address used for sign-in codes; technical logs needed to run the service.
Why we store it
To show alliance rosters, leaderboards, growth history and event planning to your alliance. Sign-in data exists only to authenticate you. We do not run ads, we do not profile you, and we never sell data.
Where it lives
Data is stored with Supabase (managed PostgreSQL) and the application is served by Vercel. Both act as processors on our behalf.
Who we share with
Your alliance's data is visible to your alliance's members and leaders inside the app. If your alliance connects Discord notifications, the messages your leaders configure are sent to your alliance's Discord server. Nothing is shared beyond that.
How long we keep it
Game statistics are kept as history for as long as your alliance uses the platform — history is the product. Sign-in codes expire within minutes; sessions expire automatically.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data held about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Members can delete their own submitted entries in the app; for anything else, contact your alliance leader or the operator below. Requests are honored within 30 days.
Security
PINs and sign-in tokens are stored only as cryptographic hashes, connections are encrypted, and access to admin functions requires authenticated, per-alliance permissions.
Younger players
WarFront stores game data about in-game characters, not real-world identities. We ask that no one submit real names or personal details beyond what the game itself shows.
Changes to this policy
When practices change, this page changes, with the date above updated. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
